This Privacy Policy describes how Built it Simple ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our iOS application Simply Business (the "App"). Simply Business helps you create and track estimates and invoices for your business.

We built Simply Business with privacy as a core principle. In short: all of the information you enter into the App stays on your device. We do not collect it, we do not send it to our servers, and we cannot see it.

Information Stored on Your Device

When you use Simply Business, the content you create—such as customer details, materials, estimates, invoices, tax rates, notes, and business information—is stored locally on your device only. This data:

• Is never transmitted to Built it Simple or any of our servers.
• Is not accessible to us, and we cannot recover it on your behalf.
• Remains under your control and is removed if you delete the App from your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

Simply Business does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or business records through the App. We do not track your activity, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that identify you.

Sharing Content You Create

The App lets you share or export documents—for example, sending an invoice as a PDF, printing it, or sending a payment reminder by email or text. When you choose to do this, you are using your device's own features and the apps or services you select (such as your email or messaging app). That information is handled by those services according to their own privacy policies, not by Built it Simple.

Device Backups

Because your data is stored on your device, it may be included in your own device backups (for example, iCloud or iTunes/Finder backups) if you have those enabled. Those backups are controlled by you and by Apple, and are subject to Apple's privacy practices. Built it Simple has no access to them.

Children's Privacy

Simply Business is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or on our website as appropriate.
